Vince Mastrangelo
Vice Chairman of the Board

Vince Mastrangelo has more than 27 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a career marked by leadership in quality, engineering, and global operations. He has long engaged with AIAG’s training and materials, deepening his commitment to the organization through firsthand experience with its relevance and impact on the industry.


Since 2010, Mastrangelo has served as Vice President of Quality at Continental, where he has overseen customer and supplier quality across the company’s Interior, Powertrain, and Chassis & Safety divisions. After joining Continental in 1999, he held several senior leadership roles, including Director of Chassis & Safety Sensorics for North America and Director of Sensors, a position that led to a long-term international assignment in Frankfurt, Germany, with worldwide responsibility as Director of the Speed Sensors Product Center.


Mastrangelo holds a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. He has earned numerous certifications and recognitions in quality management and has served on AIAG advisory boards since 2014. He is also the founder of MMI Advisors and is currently taking a step back from corporate life to focus on giving back through advisory and mentorship work.
