About the Degree

The Biomedical Engineering major merges life sciences with engineering to address challenges in healthcare, agriculture, and more. In these majors, students will study biomaterials, biotechnology, and systems biology, preparing them to design solutions that harness the power of living organisms. The Biological Engineering track also allows students to complete all prerequisites for U.S. medical schools.
